You've just been given the Timer role. Here's the whole job, in about a minute. Open Apps in your Zoom meeting, and pick the timer. You add it once, and it's there in every meeting after that. Choose the speaker and the speech type. Your club's green, yellow and red times load by themselves. Press Start when the speaker begins. The timer counts up, and your video background follows it. So the speaker can see it, and so can everyone else. Green. Yellow. Red. Press Finish when they're done. The time is saved, and the next speaker is ready. Toastmasters Timer. Three ways to show the timer
Timer + Camera, Timer Only or Full-Screen Timer: pick the one that suits your club, and switch any time.
The timer can show up three ways. Open the mode menu at the top of the Live tab, and pick the one that suits your club. Timer plus Camera keeps your camera on, and puts the colour behind you. You can still nod, and give hand signals. Timer Only turns your video tile into one big colour card. It's the classic look, where speakers watch your tile. Full-Screen Timer fills the panel with colour. Share it, so everybody sees the same signal. Or pop it out, and park it on a second screen. Switch any time, even in the middle of a meeting. The app remembers your choice for next time. Toastmasters Timer. Free in the Zoom App Marketplace.

Pick a category, and the questions follow. There are twenty. Copy all puts the three questions in your clipboard, ready for the meeting chat.
